Yes, but only after you have placed an order via our website or mobile app so that we have some stock reserved for you. Once you visit our warehouse, you can check the products you have ordered and then modify any items or quantities as required. Please note that the warehouse is not a shop and there is no display. You will have to wait at our reception where the items will be brought out to you.

Our warehouse is in Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate in New Delhi. For walk-ins, we are open from 10am to 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday. If you would like to visit to our warehouse, please let us know 24 hours in advance so that we can confirm if someone will be available to attend to you.

No, creating an account is optional. You can easily complete your order as a guest. However, we recommend that you create an account with us so that you can login and check your order history whenever required. 

We use India’s leading payment processors and we have the following payment options available:
– All Major Credit Cards (including American Express and International Cards)
– Debit Cards, Net banking
– UPI or Mobile Wallets

We also have the option for:
– Cash On Delivery (available at most pincodes)
– Direct bank transfer via NEFT or IMPS
– Transfer to our Google Pay or PayTM account

While we do not have a limit when placing a Cash on Delivery order online, in certain cases we would have to split your order and dispatch it in multiple parts in accordance with the limits our courier partners may have.

We would call or Whatsapp you to inform you before we split the order and dispatch in parts. If you would like to place a larger order and receive all items as soon as possible, we always recommend paying for the order online.

Yes you can definitely get a GST invoice if you have a registered business. When you are completing your checkout online, please mention your full company name and GSTIN so that our accounts team can prepare the e-invoice and send it to you once the order is shipped.

All damages and quality issues need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please contact us via phone, Whatsapp or email and we’ll ensure the issue is resolved as soon as possible.
